a sequence of a sunset in hawaii in the making. I took these at 10 minute intervals. Once it was more towards sunset, i took it like every 2 minutes. Just tryin something new.
Free time? I'd say so! I chose to feature How to Make a Hawaiian Sunset by auctivsrf because to me it symbolizes part of photography--waiting for that right moment. Not to mention it was kind of clever in a weird way.
Wow...seems I won't be able to say anything original after all these commenter shave already hit this piece. It's very good, though the preview makes that hard to say. Very spiffy choice of how to display it too.
mmm... left shot has your equipment in the bottom of it. try this same approach using a sun that nearly touches the water and then sinks behind it- with gravity/earth's curvature, you will still have light that will refract and split into different wavelengths. this will produce the fantastic colors you typically see with such shots.
